Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We would like to inform you that Christopher Neuhaus, Julian Schmidt and Thomas Schmidt will be responsible for the business of WASEL GmbH as sole managing directors from 1 January 2025. All three have been valuable members of our company for many years and have been conscientiously prepared for their tasks.

Thomas and Matthias Wasel and Jürgen Oprée will step down as Managing Directors of WASEL GmbH at the beginning of the year, but will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. We are convinced that this new structure is the right step for our joint future and look forward to continuing our successful collaboration. We are particularly pleased to be able to establish a succession solution from within our own ranks.
